How to apply for an e-Visa
It costs between $20 and $160 depending on your nationality to apply online. You cannot get a refund after your application has been processed.
You cannot get a faster decision by applying through another website or agency. The only official channel is official government website.
You’ll need:
the passport you’ll travel with (must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry)
an email address
a credit card or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, or UnionPay)
When you apply, you’ll need to enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your passport.
Applying for someone else
You can apply for e-Visas on behalf of other people. If you are traveling together, you can create a family or group application to save time and make a single payment.
Family applications
You can make a family application for between 2 and 10 people.
How to apply:
Select your nationality (matching your travel document) and your arrival date in Türkiye.
Fill in the 'Personal Information Form' for the first family member.
Click the ‘Add a New Person’ button to enter the details for the rest of your family members (up to 10 people in total).
Click ‘Save’ after you have added the final person's details.
Paying for a family application
After you save the application, you will receive a verification email. Once you verify your email address, you can pay for all the applications in a single transaction. Your e-Visas will be ready to download once the payment is successful. If you need a receipt, it will be issued in the name of the first applicant.
Group applications
You can make a group application for between 10 and 300 people.
How to apply:
Select the nationality and arrival date for your group. You will then see a link for a 'Group Application'.
Enter your email address. You will be sent an email containing a help guide and a sample Excel file.
Use the Excel file to enter the personal details of everyone in your group, then upload it to the system.
You must confirm that everyone on the list meets the e-Visa requirements (if any apply to their nationality).
Paying for a group application
Once the system checks your application, you will receive a detailed confirmation email.
You must pay within 1 hour of receiving this email using the link provided. If you do not complete the payment within 1 hour, the entire application will expire and you will need to start again.
After a successful payment, you will receive a final email confirming which e-Visas have been issued. You will be able to view and download the list of approved e-Visas and the final payment invoice on the last page of the application.

You must complete the application on the official Republic of Türkiye e-Visa website. Ensure all information matches your travel document to avoid issues at the border.

Once you have made your payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your e-Visa.
Timing: Most applications are processed instantly. However, you should allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation.
Check your email: If you have not received a decision within 24 hours, check your spam or junk email folder before contacting support.
Verification: Your e-Visa is electronically linked to your passport. However, it is strongly recommended that you keep a digital or printed copy with you when you travel.
You must wait until you receive your e-Visa confirmation before you travel to Türkiye.
How long it lasts
The validity of an e-Visa varies depending on your nationality:
It is typically valid for 180 days, allowing for a total stay of up to 90 days.
If your passport expires, your e-Visa becomes invalid. You must apply for a new e-Visa with your new passport.
